How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please print a copy of this e-mail as this will contain a barcode, or show this on your mobile device when you visit Whitehouse Farm Centre.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances. Providing we have sufficient notice, no less than 48 hours we may be able to transfer to another date for you, however this will incur a £2 per ticket charge

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, your printed e-mail, or simply show your digi ticket on your mobile device.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply show your digi ticket/ booking reference number on a mobile device.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes!

  • We have plenty of blue badge parking available in our large car park which is all on the flat. The farm is fully wheelchair friendly with tarmac walkways and ramps throughout. From the car park you will enter the shop which has ramps both front and back.
  • We have two mobility scooters as well as two manual wheelchairs available (a small returnable deposit is required). Please contact the Centre to reserve the use of one of these items as we have a limited amount.
  • Our tractor rides are able to accommodate two wheelchairs on the trailer.
  • We have a wheelchair accessible roundabout on our Hoglets Play Area.
  • Our new Castle Catapult slide has ramps to ensure you can get over the bridge.
  • All our animal pens are designed to ensure all visitors can see the animals and, where appropriate, feed the animals.
  • Our animal encounters are inclusive to all visitors whether that be cuddling a bunny, grooming a goat, bottle feeding a lamb or flying an owl.
  • Our cafe is all on level ground and all doors are wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of room between tables to ensure wheelchairs and scooters have easy access.
  • We have accessible toilets in our Racing Car Barn and within the Cafe. All these toilets have emergency alarms and accessible sinks and hand dryers.
Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

We always recommend pre-booking tickets to avoid disappointment. Online tickets are also at a discounted rate.

However, if we have availability you can pay on arrival.

If it is a particularly busy period (Easter, School Holidays, Bank Holidays etc) please call us on 01670789998 before making the journey to ensure we are accepting walk-ins.

Please note, if we are fully booked and have reached capacity we may have to turn you away. This is a last resort but can happen, so please either pre-book or give us a call before making the journey.

How can I get in contact with you?
