Santa's Enchanted Elf Journey 2026
A wonderous journey awaits you.
The Whitehouse farm elves are excited to present to you this year’s Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey.
This VIP Christmas experience will create magical memories to treasure with your loved ones. We have a jam-packed programme of festive fun, all included in the cost of your experience.
We have no time limit in place, so you are able to join in the festivities at your leisure for up to 7 hours on the day of your visit, if you wish of course. The only timed activity is your visit to the Enchanted Woodland to meet Santa (when booking online, the timeslot you choose is the time you will depart on the festive tractor and trailer to the enchanted forest, but you are welcome to arrive earlier).
Your festive journey begins once you arrive at elf check in...
One of our friendly elves will issue the children in your party with their ELF IN TRAINING PASSPORT and set you off on your way.
Please ensure all the trainee elf’s have written their letter to Santa and posted them in our post office before visiting the Enchanted Forest.
Tink the tractor Elf will transport you to the Enchanted Woodland. The Enchanted Woodland is home to Santa and his real reindeers. You will also meet the forest elves along the way, Twinkle, Jingle, Jangle, Sparkle, Twizzel and Twozzel.
On your Journey, you can help Sparkle feed the reindeers.
You can then set off to complete the Elf challenge, including fun and interactive festive themed games.
Don’t forget to stop off and see Prancer, Whitehouse Farm’s cheekiest resident!
Then fingers crossed, it’s time to see who is in the naughty & nice files.
Every child will meet Santa, in his cosy cabin for an intimate chat with the man himself. Each paying child will receive a golden ticket to spend on a gift of their choice from the elf’s toyshop, a letter from Santa and some magic hay to leave out on Christmas Eve.
And even more surprises may await you...
Next, the festive tractor trailer will take you from the Enchanted Woodland to the Elves toyshop to spend your golden ticket. You then have the rest of the day to enjoy other activities at your leisure.
Other festive activities to take part in include:
Visit the CUDDLE FACTORY to make your own animal character Teddy (new characters for 2026)
Attend this year’s INTERACTIVE SHOW ‘Operation Christmas Cheer’, Buzz has detected that the Christmas Cheer Meter at Whitehouse Farm is running dangerously low! Join three much-loved toy friends on a festive mission filled with songs, laughter and audience participation as you help spread Christmas cheer and fill the magical meter before it’s too late.
Take a stroll through our beautiful WINTER WONDERLAND, the perfect backdrop for your festive family photos.
Enroll in ELF SCHOOL with the hilarious Head Elf.
Visit the BAKERY where children can decorate festive biscuits.
Now remember, throughout your incredible Enchanted Elf Journey, you must collect all 12 stamps to complete your elf in training passport.
And then of course you can...
Whoosh down our all-weather tubing slide the Castle Catapult
Hit up all our extensive play options, including go-carts, bouncy pillows, trampolines, pedal tractors and a adventure playground.
And if the winter weather isn’t treating us so kindly, we have a brand new, humungous in-door soft play for a fun (and warm) escape!
Enjoy lots of animal interactions with the farm elves, cuddle a whole host of animals including bunnies, Guinea pigs, mice, rats and skinny pigs.
Visit all our larger animals in their cosy Christmas Barns.
We just can’t wait to have you all for another year of festive fun!
